Well, since I’m not able to take a much-needed nap, I might as well use the time for blogging!
One of the only things keeping me going lately is the ability to dive into some of my interests and learn more about them (it helps that my memory is just fair, and I can learn about them over and over again! *sarcasm*). It is difficult not to be able to dig deeper into some of these fascinations, preferably in the form of work, but that’s just one of those things that I’m constantly aiming to cope with, courtesy of of chronic illnesses.
One of my many passions is interior design, specifically how colors and textures interact with each other, as well as the historical usage/relevance. Kelly Wearstler is a designer that I’ve been obsessed with lately…take a look at some of her work!
This green and black house is so enticing!
A different place, which shows she has no fear of working in color!
It’s a playground for my eyes!
This table belongs with me!!

Now these images would lead you to believe that I’m a believer in more is more, which is not necessarily true. I love a well-designed neutral room as much as the next person, these just happened to be what caught my eye today! I’m feeling the emerald green and use of marble.
How did you decorate your room/home? Do you have any particular colors or pieces that stick out as favorites?
