Love Me Friday: That you finally got some sleep!
I’ve been very thankful for today, which was for the most part, a quiet, easy day where I could catch up on some of the editing that is piling up hugely behind me!
Do you mind if I ask what sleep med you’re on that has been helping you? Sleep is such a problem for me too!
Making a gluten free/sugar free orange and cardomon cake with a friend and then eating it. The flowers in the town park and in my neighbours garden that brighten up my walk. My mum suggesting take away for tonight, mmmmmmmm in anticipation. Having a good energy day yesturday (especially after such a bad day the day before!) The creativity that let my blog writing flow easily this week. My lovely veg garden and the joy of seeing my mange tout and beetroot come up.

I use zopiclone (imovane) for sleep. I don’t use it every day, because I find that I get very resistant to drugs quickly.
